研究テーマ：Integration of Cell Disruption and Purification in Microfluidic Chip
In recent years, lab on a chip was already become a tendency in the research.
It also have developed manifold of applications and integrations in analysis
or device. It can be economically, quickly, efficiently all on a chip.
In this research, a microfluidic chip designed for cell disruption and
purification which combine with electroporation, chromatography and photopolymerized
gel together. |
